• For the purposes of this Promotion "confirm" means providing the hotel with written confirmation that the event will go ahead, a signed contract and deposit doesn’t have to be received
• Offer can be used for group events and / or Catering-only events but not for Rooms-only events, there must be a Catering component in order to access the Promotion
• Subject to availability, blackout dates may apply
• Cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer
• Event credit must be used for an entirely separate event which must commence within 12 months of the previous event concluding (hotels have discretion on extending this window on a case-by-case basis)
• Minimum $500.00, net food and beverage spend
*For the purposes of the Promotion a “Repeat Customer” is defined as an organisation that has previously placed a confirmed booking with us in the last 2 years.
