The Place where Leaders meet The much quoted "Spirit of Davos" is no apparition. It is in fact one of the reasons for Davos’ success. Despite the city infrastructure, nature is the headline act. The congress centre covers 12'000 m², a plenary hall for 1'800 delegates and a further 34 rooms. Up to 5'000 delegates can meet here and take advantage of a perfect infrastructure. Davos Klosters is one of the most famous holiday resorts in the world and boasts the most comprehensive meeting facilities in the mountains. Familiarity in a global village, networking in an intimate atmosphere and the advantages of a city infrastructure set in imposing mountain surroundings with a rich tradition in hosting congresses. Here, you find the most modern congress centre in the Alps, which even attracts the World Economic Forum (WEF). Davos is a household name in the international world of business and offers 100 different meeting rooms with a capacity of over 15’000 participants. Besides the Congress Centre 16 seminar hotels in Davos Klosters are specialised in the professional organisation and execution of seminars.

a) If cancellation takes place at least six months before the rental period beings, the rental deposit minus a processing fee of CHF 300.00 will be refunded; b) If DDO receives the cancellation request fewer than six months before the event is scheduled to begin, 80% of the Contractually Stipulated Rental Price will be due. DDO reserves the right to assert claims for damages in excess of this amount. The effective date for the calculation of cancellation costs is the date on which DDO receives the cancellation in writing. In the case of early termination or delayed commencement of a rental period, 100% of the rental price will be due.

Our competent team of experts assists with the organization, management, technology and realization of events totalling an annual average of 60 congresses and 90 other occasions.
