The resort is not responsible for any service delays as result of last minute changes. No show: will be charge 100% EVENTS All technical service cancellations require a 48-hour advance notice. All such cancellations within the 48-hour window will be charged to the group account. For all group function of 100 guests: due to weather conditions, the hotel reserves the right to move events reserved on the beach and/or poolside to an alternative site within the hotel within a 24 hour notice basis.

- These rates are in USD on a per person, per night basis - Group is consider from 6 rooms / 12 pax - This offer is valid until Dead line date. - The room block will not be on definitive basis until the hotel receives the contract duly signed and the first deposit. - Minimum stay subject to availability. The hotel has the right to increase the minimum number of nights at any time, without prior notice. - 2 beds are always subject to availability. - Infants:0 - 23 months( free) / Children 2 - 12 years old / Adults: 13 years and up. - Groups dinner ( private or semi-private) not included. Please check with our groups coordinator the different options, rates & availability. - Meeting space, private dinners, and other events are not part of the all-inclusive and will be quoted separately. - Extra amenities in the rooms such as fruit baskets, flowers, wine, cheese trays, etc. will be at an additional charge. - Student groups and spring breakers are only accepted at Bahia Principe Grand Turquesa and Bahia Principe Grand Coba - Rooming list must be communicated to the hotel in writing no later than 3 weeks before arrival. All changes within the 3 week window and issues arising are not the respobibility or the Hotel. -All Inclusive group dinners: If the group would like to book a group dinner in our a la carte restaurants ( as part of all inclusive ) must be informed 30 days in advance to be able to confirm the reservation. The maximum number of pax varies depending on the hotel / restaurant, between 20 and 35 pax (subject to availability). Please check the maximum capacity with your group coordinator. * Group dinners of more people must be booked in a private area o restaurant with additional cost. Pax free conditions: Pax free will be applied to the lowest category room reserved, if more than one type of room is reserved, and will be on the dates when the group has the greatest number of rooms. The total amount of pax free will be adjusted to the effective number of adults passengers reported in the final rooming list of the group.
