Skerries'deki Redbank, 1983 yılında Terry ve Margaret McCoy tarafından kuruldu. Terry, konaklama sektöründe Fransa, Almanya, İsviçre ve ABD'de şef olarak deneyime sahipti. Margaret, İrlanda"da otel işinde Front Office"te çalışmıştı.. Redbank House'un konuk odalarının her biri bireysel bir stil ve konfor anlayışı ile dekore edilmiştir..
