The Cairns Showground is placed among 17 hectares of land, only minutes from the heart of Cairns. Offering a variety of halls, pavilions and outdoor spaces the Cairns Showgrounds versatility ensures that we will have the right space to suit your needs. Anything is possible at the Cairns Showgrounds. Overlooking the expansive showgrounds twoards the mountains neighbouring Cairns, the De Jarlais Function Centre is located on the second floor of the De Jarlais building. Boasting 2,350 square metres, the Fred Moule Exhibition Centre provides the flexibility to stage a formal dinner dance for 2,000 or range of trade and consumer exhibitions.
