The Maritime Museum of British Columbia is conveniently located in the heart of downtown Victoria, close to all major hotels and the Victoria Convention Centre. If you are planning a really large reception, the whole museum is available for your enjoyment after regular museum hours. Up to two hundred and fifty guests can wander at leisure through our world class exhibits, perhaps guided by a bold pirate or Captain Cook. They can ride from floor to floor in the oldest operating birdcage elevator in North America and explore our collections of maritime art, historic memorabilia, naval artifacts and exquisite ship models.
