Cancellation Policy
Cancellation Policy: The Hotel reserves guestrooms, meeting space, and services based on the Group's commitment and anticipated revenue. Should the Group cancel or significantly reduce the event, the Hotel may incur damages due to lost business opportunities and unrecoverable costs. Cancellations made within 30 days of arrival are subject to liquidated damages equal to 100% of the anticipated room revenue. Any cancellation or reduction fees are payable within 30 days of invoicing. In the unlikely event the Hotel is unable to provide the contracted guestrooms or meeting space, the Hotel will work with the Group to secure comparable accommodations and event space in the same vicinity at the agreed-upon rates. If necessary, transportation between locations will be provided. The Hotel's liability is limited to these remedies and excludes consequential, punitive, or special damages.
