Embassy Suites by Hilton Loveland Conference Center opened in April 2009. Located 50 minutes north of Denver International Airport and near great shopping, dining and entertainment at The Promenade Shops at Centerra. Fort Collins/Loveland Airport is .5 miles from the hotel and accommodates private and charter flights - serving MD80, Boeing 727 and 737 aircraft. The hotel features 59,570 square feet of flexible meeting space, including an impressive 28,800-square-foot Front Range Ballroom that accommodates as many as 3,160 guests and offers planners a 14.5' wide x 13' tall access door for heavy machinery and vehicle displays. Additionally, Blue Arena and The Ranch provide significant indoor and outdoor display and meeting space adjacent to the hotel. With easy access on I-25 between Cheyenne, WY and Denver, CO, this Northern Colorado conference center is ideally suited for regional conferences in the Mountain West. The hotel is centrally located between Fort Collins, Greeley, Windsor and Loveland and close to Estes Park at the entrance to Rocky Mountain National Park. Industries that are concentrated in the area include Agriculture, Sustainable Energy, Pharmaceutical, and Technology. Also, both Colorado State University and Northern Colorado University are within a short drive from the hotel. I think the dates for next years show are August 12th and 13th so you will have just missed that. But, having said that, sculpture is all over Loveland. We have the Chapunga Sculpture Gardens only a couple miles away. I sometimes take my lunch down there and just walk through the paths, around the ponds, gazing at the sculptures.
