Mercure Manchester Piccadilly Hotel has been a landmark in Piccadilly Gardens for over 50 years! We can offer one of largest suites in the North West, easily accommodating 800 people for a theatre style conference or 650 people for a banquet! We offer 11 conference rooms in total ranging from intimate boardrooms set ups to larger rooms that can sit up to 130 delegates. Getting to us couldn’t be easier, we are located a 5-minute walk from Piccadilly Train station which is the main station from all key locations in the UK. We have a local met station directly outside the building, meaning easy access for local delegates. The hotel has its very own car park which boast 80 spaces, separately we have a NCP located directly underneath the building.

5. What Happens if I Cancel? No one wants to have to cancel, however sometimes circumstances are beyond your control. Although we will do everything within our ability to help you in the unfortunate event that you need to cancel, there needs to be an agreed 'Cancellation Policy' Here's how ours works: Date of Cancellation More than 24 weeks before the meeting is scheduled to take place - Cancellation charge payable by you: Non-refundable deposit is retained. Between 24 and 12 weeks before the meeting is scheduled to take place - 25% of the total booking value. Between 12 and 4 weeks before the meeting is scheduled to take place - 75% of the total booking value. Less than 4 weeks before the meeting is scheduled to take place - 90% of the total booking value. We will try to re-let the allocated room or rooms and a reduction of cancellation charges will be made if we are successful.

Exciting Upgrades Coming to Mercure Manchester Piccadilly Hotel! We are undertaking a programme of refurbishment works to enhance our bedrooms, public areas, and meeting spaces between September 2025 and February 2026. These improvements are designed to elevate the comfort and experience for our guests. All works have been carefully planned to ensure minimal disruption, and our team will make every effort to maintain a pleasant and welcoming atmosphere throughout your visit. Please note that all refurbishment dates and schedules are subject to change.
