Layout Instability: The interior configuration can shift without notice. For safety, guests should remain with designated guides or event staff at all times. Restricted Areas: Certain chambers and staircases are reserved for staff or special access and may be off-limits during events. Noise Control: To maintain the castle’s delicate acoustics and summoning stability, amplified sound outside of designated areas is prohibited. Decor Limitations: Permanent fixtures and architectural elements must not be altered, drilled, or removed. Temporary signage or décor should use non-damaging methods. Safety Compliance: Due to moving floors and vertical spaces, appropriate footwear and caution are recommended. Running or climbing outside designated areas is not allowed.

Guests can cancel at least 30 days before check-in to receive a full refund (including taxes). If they cancel between 7 and 30 days before check-in, they will receive a 50% refund (including full taxes). If they cancel fewer than 7 days before check-in, no refund (or only minimal refund of taxes, depending on policy ≤ pro-rated taxes) will be given.
