The Teatr Wielki – Polish National Opera is the home of the Polish National Opera, the Polish National Ballet, the Opera Gallery and the Theatre Museum. It hosts opera and ballet performances, concerts, exhibitions, workshops for artists, educational classes for the youngest ones, while its backstage workshops and rehearsal rooms are buzzing with activity. It is also used as a venue for special events, such as film premieres, conferences, or galas.

Royal Castle in Warsaw

The Royal Castle in Warsaw is not only a museum of interiors, but also an art gallery, a center of science and education, and a place that performs representative functions at the state and international level.Architecturally, the Royal Castle in Warsaw combines the styles of early and late Baroque, although it also contains relics of earlier eras. The early-Baroque, austere and restrained facade can be admired from the side of Zamkowy Square, while the wing from the Vistula side represents the style typical of the first half of the 18th century - sumptuous, rich in sculptural decorations and chiaroscuro effects. The decor of most of the castle interiors is maintained in the classicist style - appropriate to the reign of the last king of Poland, Stanisław August, in the years 1764-1795.

POLIN Museum is located in the heart of pre-war Jewish Warsaw, transformed into a ghetto during the war. It recreates the dramatic Jewish history, showing at the same time that Holocaust was not the last chapter of Jewsih life and culture on Polish soil.
The heart of POLIN is the permanent exhibition offering a journey through a thousand-year history of Polish Jews. It is a story of life.
Part of that tale are temporary exhibitions, complementing the story with selected elements from Jewish history and culture.
