ATTRITION FOR GROUPS The size of a group booking may be adjusted in accordance with the following guidelines: * An unlimited number of changes may be made if requested 12 weeks or more before the scheduled arrival date. * Between 8 to 12 weeks (57 to 84 days) prior to the scheduled arrival date, a one-time reduction of up to 30% of the confirmed rooms per day is allowed. * Between 4 to 8 weeks (29 to 56 days) prior to the scheduled arrival date, a one-time reduction of up to 20% of the confirmed rooms per day is permitted. * Between 2 to 4 weeks (15 to 28 days) prior to the scheduled arrival date, a one-time reduction of up to 10% of the confirmed rooms per day is allowed. * For groups of 80 rooms or more, a reduction exceeding 30% may lead to a price increase. * Any additional changes will be charged in accordance with the cancellation policy for groups. CANCELLATIONS FOR GROUP RESERVATIONS * Cancellations for group reservations must be received by Iceland Hotel Collection by Berjaya MICE Reservations no later than 12 weeks prior to the arrival date. If cancellations are made less than 12 weeks before the arrival date, penalty fees will apply in accordance with the following rules: * Between 8 to 12 weeks (57 to 84 days) prior to the scheduled arrival date, 20% of the total amount will be charged. * Between 4 to 8 weeks (29 to 56 days) prior to the scheduled arrival date, 50% of the total amount will be charged. * Between 2 to 4 weeks (15 to 28 days) prior to the scheduled arrival date, 80% of the total amount will be charged. * Within 2 weeks (14 days) or less prior to the scheduled arrival date, 100% of the total amount will be charged. * In the event of a group no-show, all reserved services will be charged. * In the event of an early departure, all reserved services will be charged.

Yes, Hilton is committed to reducing waste across our portfolio. All of our hotels were required to remove plastic straws, stir sticks and cocktail picks in 2019, and we are currently transitioning from individual bath toiletries to full-size dispensers.
