Call for Award Nominations

Each year, we have the opportunity to nominate our peers for prestigious chapter awards, which then get presented at the Annual Awards Recognition Gala to be held on Tuesday, May 13, 2014 at VenueOne in Chicago. The nominations process is quick and easy with our online nomination tool available on the chapter website – fill in the form and you’re done! The nomination form is due by 5:00 p.m. on Monday, January 20, 2014.

2014-15 MPI-CAC Partner Charity Selection Process Now Open
|
It is time for MPI-CAC to select a partner charity for the 2014-2015 program year of July 1, 2014 – June 30, 2015. As a member of MPI-CAC, we encourage your participation in the selection process and ask for your recommendation(s) of local charities or non-profits for consideration by the Community Outreach Committee. Charity Questionnaires must be submitted by January 15, 2014 to be considered.

Nominations Open for 2014-15 MPI-CAC Board of Directors

Make a commitment to yourself and your Chicago Chapter - Nominate
yourself or a colleague for the 2014-2015 Board of Directors! The MPI
Chicago Area Chapter is searching for experienced and connected members
of our Chicago meetings industry to contribute their expertise, skill
and leadership to ensure a successful and thriving Chapter and Chicago
meetings community. If you know someone who would make a great volunteer
leader or if you're interested in joining the Board of Directors,
submit a nomination form. Once a nomination is submitted, the nominee
will receive an email with a link to the board application.

Applications Open for 2014-15 International Board of Directors
|
Applications are now being accepted for the MPI Board of Directors for
terms beginning July 1, 2014. Board seats (three-year and one-year
terms) are open to any MPI member in good standing. Officer positions
are available to any member in good standing who has completed one (1)
full year of service on the MPI Board of Directors prior to nomination
or who currently serves on the MPI Board of Directors with the exception
of the chairman-elect/chairwoman-elect. The nominee for
chairman-elect/chairwoman-elect shall be a member of the current MPI
Board of Directors. Applications must be received by 5:00 pm CST on
January 15, 2014.
