Cognitive Behaviour Therapy Certificate Level 1: Practical Solutions to Real World Problems
Date: June 11, 12, 18 & 19, 2018

This training is suitable for: Mental health professionals and direct service workers who wish to learn cognitive and behavioural strategies, including case formulation and conceptualization in CBT, identifying and modifying thoughts, as well as behaviour activation and experiments, exposure, stress reduction strategies, and problem-solving therapy.
