When Grief Gets More Complicated

Free on-line resource

ABC of mental health

Parents and teachers often have questions about the specific behaviour of their children, for example trying to understand appropriate vs inappropriate behaviour for a developmental stage or age.

The ABCs of Mental Health provides two free, web-based Resources - one for teachers  and one for parents –  to help answer these questions. These resources include ideas for promoting the mental health of children and adolescents, as well as information about how children change as they get older. You will also find descriptions of behaviours that might indicate a problem, and practical steps on how to help manage behaviours.

Check out this free resource today by visiting our resources and publications page on-line.
