Medical Japan 2018
February 21 - 23, 2018 | Osaka, Japan


Medical Japan is the only international show in Japan for you to target the world’s third largest medical market. In addition, the ever increasing rate of aged population drives medical needs, resulting in expansion and construction of new hospitals and nursing homes. At Medical Japan, you can expect to meet importers and end users (Hospitals, Rehab Facilities, Clinics, Elderly-care Facilities, Labs, etc.) all at the same time. Hospitalar 2018
May 22 - 25, 2018 | São Paulo, Brazil


Hospitalar is the most important health fair in Brazil and Latin America. Hospitalar 2017 attracted over 90,000 visitors from 54 nations, including 1,500 foreign buyers. Eighty percent of these visitors were from other South American countries. They came from 11 Brazilian states, representing 745 municipalities. Distributors/representatives and hospitals (clinical directors) continue to be the largest group of professional visitors.

Export Sales Mission to China
June 1 - 9, 2018 | Hong Kong and Guangzhou, China


Enterprise Florida, Inc. will lead an Export Sales Mission to Hong Kong and Guangzhou, China from June 1 to June 9, 2018. Hong Kong and Guangzhou are two strong and vibrant export markets for U.S. companies. As a result of China’s increasing domestic consumption and growing middle class, significant market potential exists for companies focused on collaboration and mutual benefit, especially in sectors such as energy efficiency, clean technology, healthcare, and e-commerce. Hong Kong is an ideal platform for doing business in Asia, especially mainland China. Hong Kong is a free port that does not levy any customs tariff and has limited excise duties. Its strong rule of law and respect for property rights make it a strategic platform for U.S. companies, especially small- and medium-sized firms, seeking to do business in Asia.

Enterprise Florida, Inc. will offer a limited number of Gold Key Matchmaking one-on-one appointments. The price of this service is $1,800 for the first company representative. Service Export Mission to Sao Paulo, Brazil

Enterprise Florida is hosting the first-ever Service Export Mission to Sao Paulo, Brazil, from June 23 – 27, 2018. Brazil is the largest economy in Latin America and the eighth largest economy in the world. It is ranked as the United States’ tenth-largest export market and Florida’s largest trade partner. Services account for two-thirds of Brazil’s economy and, with their strong preference for doing business with Florida, our state’s service providers are ideally positioned for growth.


Enterprise Florida, Inc. will offer a limited number of Gold Key Matchmaking one-on-one appointments. The price of this service is $1,300 for the first company representative. Florida service companies that best meet the participation criteria may qualify for a Gold Key Grant, which will offset 100% of the Matchmaking Registration fee for the first company representative. Under the agreement between the Government of the United States of America and the Government of the State of Israel on Cooperation in Science and Technology for Homeland Security Matters, the U.S. Department of Homeland Security (DHS), the Israel Ministry of Public Security (MOPS) established a cooperative activity to foster and support U.S-Israel joint development of advanced technologies for First Responders. This Program is managed by the Israel-U.S. Binational Industrial Research and Development (BIRD) Foundation. The Corporate Executive Office (CEO) at the China International Medical Equipment Fair (CMEF) is a program designed to offer small and medium sized companies a low cost method of exhibiting at a trade show. The CEO is a specific area on the trade show floor (within the USA Pavilion) that is subdivided into meeting space, business center, and small lounge/seating area. The space will include a table, four chairs, complimentary internet access, a semi-private meeting space, a shared office center with receptionist and hospitality service, pre-show promotion across China, on-site bilingual assistant to help navigate CMEF experience, and travel/logistics guidance. The registration deadline is rolling until filled (only 12 spots available).

Business Opportunities in the Caribbean Region Conference & Trade Mission to the Caribbean Region

The Trade Americas program offers U.S. companies the opportunity to explore six markets in the Caribbean region (Bahamas, Barbados, Dominican Republic, Haiti, Jamaica, and Trinidad & Tobago.) Hosted in Miami, the U.S. Commercial Service’s Trade Americas Business Opportunities in the Caribbean Region Conference will focus on region-specific sessions, market access, trade financing resources, and pre-arranged one-on-one consultations with U.S. diplomats with expertise in markets throughout the region. The Caribbean Region as a whole represents a market of about 43 million people who collectively imported over $20.9 billion of U.S. goods in 2016. As a result, the region is the 3rd largest export market for U.S. manufactured goods in Latin America, behind only Mexico and Brazil.

The combination of the Trade Americas – Business Opportunities in the Caribbean Region Conference and the Trade Mission to the Caribbean Region, will provide participants with access to substantive information on strategies for entering or expanding their business across the Caribbean region. The mission will include business-to-business matchmaking opportunities in up to two of the Caribbean countries.
