Certificate in Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT) Level 1:
Beginning September 27, 2018 (4-days)
Description: In this certificate program, participants will learn cognitive and behavioural strategies, including case formulation and conceptualization in CBT, identifying and modifying thoughts, behaviour activation and experiments, exposure, stress reduction strategies, and problem-solving therapy. Certificate in Cognitive Behaviour Therapy Level 2:

Pre-requisite: Certificate in Cognitive Behaviour Therapy Level 1: Practical Solutions to Real World Problems
Description: This Level 2 Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT) Certificate is designed to draw on and advance the skills and strategies learned in the CBT Certificate Level 1. The CBT Certificate Level 2 is an advanced program that emphasizes the conceptualization and application of CBT principles to specific clinical populations. Participants will learn how to further conceptualize and apply CBT treatment strategies to anxiety disorders, including Generalized Anxiety Disorder and Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder, trauma-related disorders, including Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder, and severe mental health disorders, including Psychosis and Bipolar Disorder. Narrative Therapy Certificate: A 5-Day Program Conducted Over 5 Months

This workshop will focus on the care for persons who have opioid use disorder (OUD). Participants will receive the latest situational update on the "opioid crisis" morbidity and mortality affecting Ontario. Content will then focus on describing what opioids are and their effect on individuals, what opioid use disorder is and how to screen and assess for it.
