Watermarked Cvent BannerBase

Dear ExampleContactFirstName,

Blessed Good Friday, dear friends. Holy Week has seemed all wrong this year, but we know how the story ends. Christ is still risen, even in the midst of a global pandemic. Even though our celebrations will be in smaller groups on Sunday, we will still celebrate that Jesus destroyed death. He lives. We are still planning on celebrating this with you in person at Watermarked this summer!

COVID-19 Updates
As a reminder, there have been some registration type procedural changes due to the Coronavirus crisis. Refer to last week's email (link to the right) for more information.

I also promised some fundraising help! We know that shelter in place recommendations and orders have essentially put a stop to fundraising events. Our staff has come together to create this document with Virtual Fundraiser Resources in order to give you some different options as you navigate this time away from each other. It is by no means an exhaustive list, but will hopefully help.

We're also pleased to announce that our Group Scholarship Application deadline has been extended until April 30th. Find all pertinent information at the link. Recipients will be notified by May 15th if they were awarded funds.

Musician Audition Information
Auditions are now being accepted for the orchestras at each site this summer! If you or someone in your group has any interest in playing an instrument at the conference, please fill out the application and submit the audition using the instructions found there. Auditions are due May 15th. Please spread the word so we can make a joyful noise to the Lord together!

In closing, I'd like to share again with you some words from this conference season's theme explanation:

You were born to die. You’re a sinner, and sinners are marked for death. You not only inherited it, but the sins you commit daily earn you death. You won’t just die and be buried. Since you’re born dead in trespasses and sins (Ephesians 2:1), you’re marked and sentenced to die forever in hell—a child of wrath (Ephesians 2:3).

Yet your sins aren’t yours anymore, neither is your death. Jesus took them as His own. “He became sin” (2 Corinthians 5:21), your sin, and “He died to sin once for all” (Romans 6:10), for you, too. He gives you what is His to you—“righteousness and purity forever”. You are no longer marked and sentenced and left to die. You are marked for life in Jesus.

Peace in Christ,

Crysten Sanchez
