Supervisor training for human and health service professionals |
Leadership in the 'helping professions' has always had unique demands that require specialized training. This is even more applicable now with the increase in demand for services, changes in service delivery and the new hybrid (virtual and non-virtual) work environment.
Under the guidance of leadership subject matter experts, Susan Geary, PhD, and Marion Langford, M.Ed., the Certificate for new supervisors program provides professionals the opportunity to examine the multi-faceted role of the supervisor. Participants will strengthen their leadership proficiency and develop the practical skills needed to be effective leaders in health and human services.
