The 2-Day program begins with a breakdown of the precipitating factors of aggression, and the theory regarding the physiological, psychological and behavioural cues and changes that occur in aggressive individuals. Day three focuses on containment, and physical restraints. For more information, or to register for the 2018 UMBA Certificate follow the link: www.cvent.com/d/y5qj2h.
