We couldn’t be prouder of our Alumni and the wonderful things they are achieving in their worlds. We were privileged this month to honour those selected as the 2022 Griffith University Outstanding Alumni at an award ceremony naming five winners, with an acclaimed Aboriginal author taking out the top award.
At the end of this month, we farewell our current Chancellor, Henry Smerdon AM DUniv, as he steps down after 25 years of service to the University. Many of you will have shaken his hand as you crossed the stage to receive your degrees, he’s presided over hundreds of graduation ceremonies and attended numerous alumni events over the years.
