Terms and Conditions

1) One complimentary room provided for two nights during pre-event site inspection.
2) Guaranteed early check in at 10:00am & late check out till 6:00pm for meeting organizers up to two rooms during the event
3) Up to 15% attrition on contracted guest room nights (three weeks cut off prior to arrival date)
4) One hotel limousine round trip to airport during the event date
5) One complimentary upgrade from Deluxe Room to Horizon Club Room for every 50 paid guest rooms (maximum 4 rooms per night )
