Note* 2024 Pick Your Perk Promotion is valid on select 2024 dates in March, April, July, and December and is based on availability. Overnight guest rooms are not required to receive the Pick Your Perk Promotion. If interested in adding guest rooms, a minimum of 10 rooms on peak nights is required to receive the promotional rate. Pick Your Perk Promotion is subject to 24% taxable service fees and 6% sales tax. Food and beverage minimums apply. Not valid on previously booked reservations or events. Event spend up to $10,000 can select any one perk from above. Microphone is valued at $150, Up Lighting valued at $350. One-Hour Cocktail Reception is offered at a value of $25 pp up to 100 guests. Waived room rental fee is offered up to $500. If the event spend is over $10,000, client may select any two perks.
