Terms & Conditions
1. Applicable to all new groups with 10 or more paid guestrooms which are booked for at least 1 night on peak and/or minimum 10 persons for meeting and/or catering.
2. Complimentary room, upgrade and complimentary meeting package is non-cumulative and is only valid for official date of event.
3. Welcome reception is based on minimum 10 rooms and minimum 10 pax meeting. Additional headcount for non-staying guest is at HK$298+10% service charge per person.
4. Qualified event spending includes qualifying room rates, meeting package and function room related catering only, excluding any expenses payable to third-party suppliers, gratuities, and service charges. The amount is to be discounted from the event’s final bill before settlement.
5. The promotion is not available for customers with pre-negotiated rates or agreements, such as special corporate-rate agreements nor in conjunction with other promotions and may not be available during periods of peak demand. Blackout dates may apply.
6. Group must be confirmed from 01 March 2024 until 30 June 2024 and held before 31 December 2024.
7. The Langham, Hong Kong reserves the right to end the promotion and shall have the right to amend and to interpret the terms applicable to the promotion without prior notice.
