Choose Your Concessions

Choose up to (5) of the following concessions when you book a program at Hotel Ivy worth a minimum of $15,000.00 in combined sleeping room, banquet food and beverage, and meeting room rental revenues.

- (1) Complimentary upgrade to our 730 square feet Luxury One Bedroom Superior Suite at the Group rate;
- (2) Complimentary upgrades to our 538 square feet Grand Deluxe Kings at the Group rate;
- (2) Complimentary access to Anda Spa’s Quartz Spa (whirlpool, dry sauna, steam room) for (2) onsite contacts or selected VIPs;
- Ten percent (10%) off of Hotel Ivy’s Daily Meeting Package which includes AV, all day F&B, waived event fee and no meeting room rental;
- Fifteen percent (15%) A/V discount if using in-house provider, Encore Global;
- Matching Double Marriott Bonvoy Rewards Points for both Group and Planner;
- Complimentary welcome beverage during check-in for all overnight guests;
- Complimentary one hour beer and wine reception for meeting attendees;
- Discounted Overnight Valet Parking at $44.00 (reduced from $56.00 per night);
