*General conditions: RFPs must transit through Business Events Montréal (BEM). Montréal must be competing with at least one other destination. Your event must take place before December 31, 2029 and include a minimum of 200 room nights on the island of Montréal. This offer is for new group business confirmed by December 31, 2024, and it excludes rescheduled groups. Offers are based on availability and some exceptions may apply. 3% Commission Offer: The 3% commission fee will be paid after the conclusion of the event to the intermediary who secured the contracted room nights on behalf of their clients. Amount to be paid will be based on the final pick-up of revenue-generating room nights at the contracted room rate(s). Commission per room night is capped at $5 from November to April and $8 from May to October.
