Both packages include:
- Full service web meeting, including service and crew*
- Room rental fee
- CO2 compensation per attending guest
- Trainer's kit available in the meeting room
- Writing utensils made from recycled materials
- Free use of WIFI in all meeting rooms and public areas
- Unlimited use of fresh filtered mineral water in our recycled Steigenberger bottles

Any additional catering upon request:
- Unlimited coffee and tea during the web meeting € 7.25 per person
- Coffee and tea arrangement included an assortment of refreshments, homemade and/or Fair Trade items and beverages € 12.50 per person
- Sandwich lunch as from € 19.50 per person
