• 1 complimentary room for every 40 rooms occupied
• 1 complimentary meeting package for every 25 paid packages
• 1 gift certificate for a meal for four people in Elm Street Bar & Lounge
• 1 complimentary welcome or closing reception upgrade
• 1 complimentary refreshment break upgrade
• 50% discount on day parking for meeting attendees
• 15% discount on overnight parking for meeting attendees
• 1 complimentary room upgrade for every 25 rooms occupied
• Up to five VIP amenities upon arrival

• Eligible spend consists of guestrooms in addition to food, beverage and room rental revenue
prior to tax and gratuities being applied. Value is determined in Canadian funds.
• Concessions are to be selected at time of contract issuance. Concessions awarded are based on the final contracted revenue. If contracted revenue is not achieved or is surpassed, rewards will be removed/added at the discretion of the hotel.
• Gift Certificate is valid for 12 months from the issued date and subject to availability and blackout dates.
• 1 for 40 complimentary rooms will be applied on an accumulative basis and must be used during the event date.
• Complimentary reception and refreshment upgrades apply to the next level of break/reception at the hotel’s discretion.
• All food and beverage concessions exclude alcohol.
• Underground parking garage has a height restriction of 5’6”
• Complimentary room upgrade is subject to availability on the next available room type.
