If Group elects to cancel this Contract for any reason other than a termination for cause or force majeure, Group agrees to provide written notice to Hotel accompanied by the payment indicated in the following scale: • 60 days prior to group arrival date, (60% of total expenses) • 59-30 days prior to group arrival date, (80% of total expenses) • 29 days or less prior to group arrival date, (100% of total expenses) Otherwise we will deal with the each group based on actual circumstances.
