Contract a group at our Embassy Suites in Kissimmee for Q3 or Q4 in 2024 or 2025 (blackout dates apply) and choose from the following perks based on your room night committment.

Triple Hilton Honors points for the client and meeting planner
Comp basic WiFi in the meeting space for attendees
Discounted Self Parking rate of $10 per night
One complimentary 1.5 hour evening reception in the meeting space from 5:30-7:00 during your event
One complimentary upgrade for group contact to a Hospitality Suite (based on availability)
25% off of menu pricing on 1 (one) coffee break - menu prices will be discounted from pricing in year in which event actualizes
15% off of published menu prices for the year in which the event will actualize
20% off of published pricing for Encore A/V services for the year in which the event will actualize

Group must contract 100+ room nights to select one perk
150+ room commitment can select two perks
200+ room commitment can select three perks
300+ room commitment can select four perks
400+ room commitment can select five perks

Groups for 2024 must contract prior to 06/30/2024 to receive promotion
Groups for 2025 must contract prior to 12/31/2024 to receive promotion
