Terms & Conditions: Eligible groups over 10 peak must be new business contracted within 30 days of sourcing. The Pick Your Perks plus Multi-Meeting/Event Extra Credit Promotions can be combined, but is not valid on rebooking, annual, or canceled events nor combined or compound with any other offers or partnership agreements, perks, or concessions, except any applicable intermediary promotion. Parking passes, upgrades and perks vary on property availability and capability. Activations, tasting, and mixology classes must be booked at least 30 days before arrival and may vary depending on location. *Activation is valid for up to three hours and based on how many contracted guestrooms on your peak night. For the multi-meetings offer, bookings must be booked simultaneously or spelled out in agreements. With discounts to the master bill, the earned percentage will be deducted from your master account on the final bill. How to calculate your Tier or Overall Value = (# of Guestrooms x Rate x Attrition %) + F&B Minimum + Room Rental. Pending partnership agreement, placement fee pre-payment will max at 5%, months listed in the promotion are for 2024 and the contracts must be executed by the promotion expiration date in order to qualify for the promotion . Multi-Meeting must be mentioned at the time of sourcing and valid for non-contracted future business within a calendar year. Any concessions and/or discounts must be listed in the agreement at the time of booking to be valid; counter-signed agreements will not be revised to include any new concessions or discounts.
