IIAG MEMBERSHIP PORTAL

Welcome to the Insurance Internal Audit Group!

The Insurance Internal Audit Group (IIAG) was founded over 50 years ago to provide its members with the opportunity to keep abreast of current events and expand their knowledge and skills in the field of Insurance Internal Auditing. It is a non-profit organization supported by practicing internal auditors in the insurance industry.  Members are able to send and receive surveys as well as access contact such as past survey results and conference presentations.

Conferences are scheduled for early May and October. The conferences are split into several different round-table sessions that allow members to select an area of concentration. Choices typically include: Life Insurance, Property Casualty Insurance, Reinsurance, Investments, Fraud, Data Analytics, and Information Technology. The agenda consists of questions submitted in advance by auditors attending the meeting. Questions are discussed by all participants. Open and frank discussion of real business problems, real behavior and appropriate ways to manage these is promoted. This is an opportunity to exchange audit ideas and techniques and develop consultative relationships with your associates.  Conferences begin and end with guest speakers presenting on relevant topics.
