Wellfulness combines the themes of "well-being" and "mindfulness"
Our Wellfulness program highlights four key areas: family, physical, emotional, and professional well-being, all of which are underpinned by mindfulness.
Some examples of Wellfulness programs that we have done in the past include hosting classes on yoga, meditation, and financial health; providing comprehensive resources for mental health; “Work from Home” transition support, and more!
The safety of our employees is our top priority
Since March 2020, Cventers have been working from home. Despite the challenges, Cventers pivoted quickly and adapted to the “new normal” of virtual meetings, makeshift workstations, and plenty of Zoom happy hours!
It’s been a trying year, and Cvent remains dedicated to caring for its employees during a time of need, including COVID sick leaves and an employee relief fund to help with unexpected expenses during the pandemic.
Cvent gives back
At Cvent, we believe in improving the communities in which we live and work. Throughout the year, our offices around the world host donation drives, fundraising efforts for special causes, charity committees, blood drives, veteran letter writing, and much more.
We also have employee matching programs related to giving back, such as monetary matching & volunteer time-off matching.
