Today, planners can use the Cvent Supplier Network to search over 239,000 venues for their meetings and events. But how do planners discover new venues and venues discover new planners.

Enter RFP Showcase. After sending their RFP to selected venues, planners now have the ability to add it to the RFP Showcase where pre-matched venues who haven't already received it can respond.

Simply put, planners will receive more qualified proposals from sources they didn't originally consider. And venues get a second chance at responding to an RFP they're qualified for.
