Cancellation Policy

If the event is cancelled - Cancellations penalties: 61 days or more - 20% of contracted rooms will be charged 60-31 days - 45% of contracted rooms will be charged 30-16 days - 80% of contracted rooms will be charged 15 - 5 days - 90% of contracted rooms will be charged 4 days or less - 100% of contracted rooms will be charged Cancellations must be made in a writing form with the corresponding confirmation number and have to be approved by the Corporate Sales Manager. In peak seasons like Easter, Christmas, New Year, cancellations and/or changes in the date of arrival/departure are not accepted. If your guaranteed and confirmed reservation does not check-in in the corresponding date, total stay will be charged.
