Cancellation Policy
In the case of cancellation, The Contemporary Austin must be notified in writing. If the Facility Rental Manager is able to rebook your contracted date, then the Contemporary Austin will refund your security deposit. If we are unable to rebook the date, your deposit is forfeit. If the event is cancelled within 30 days of the scheduled event, you forfeit your deposit plus 50% of the rental fee.
