The Downtown Bellevue Network, founded in May of 2007 began with the idea of creating a community forum for the fast paced growth of Downtown Bellevue. We started solely as a blog and have grown into a resource online and off for businesses and community members to take advantage of.
The Web site is the original platform springing the Downtown Bellevue Network into action, but regularly hosts live events in the Downtown Bellevue area.
The DBN team is comprised of some special individuals all having strong ties to the Bellevue community. Members of the team have all come onboard organically within their own specialty.

Pearl Bar & Dining is the newest, urban, go-to gathering spot located in the hottest entertainment venue on the Eastside, The Bellevue Collection. Pearl features contemporary Northwest cuisine and casually elegant decor.
Pearl’s layout is comprised of 7,800 square feet featuring a multi-faceted lounge area, a dedicated main dining room with a Chef’s Table that seats 8, and two, full-service semi/private dining areas. Design elements include tactile and lustrous surfaces and upholstery, a large, teardrop glass sculpture at the front entry, and contemporary art from Mark Sheinkman. Select accents of cherry complement the urban aesthetic.
Pearl also offers two semi-private dining alcoves; one for parties of 10 and the other for larger parties up to 30 filled with state of the art presentation electronics. Both can be veiled with a sheer drape to draw in some of the main dining room’s energy or closed off with lustrous black organza or heavyweight velvet, if full privacy is desired.
Museum exhibits feature over 1,200 dolls on permanent display, ranging from antique to modern, plus teddy bears, toys, dollhouses, miniatures and other childhood memorabilia. They are fun to look at and enjoy and, as well, teach the history of doll making while showcasing the artistry of the dolls. A stroll through the English garden provides you with a moment to savor the Museum building itself, a beautiful modern structure with definite Victorian influences.
Since opening its doors in 1992, the Museum has received many awards, among them the prestigious Jumeau Trophy for Best Private Doll Museum in the World, awarded in Paris, France in 1994.
