Cancellation Policy

Rooms: All rooms (100%) may be cancelled free of charge up to 4 weeks before arrival. 50% of rooms may be cancelled free of charge up to 2 weeks before arrival, 25% up to 2 weeks before arrival. If rooms are cancelled outside the free cancellation periods or in the case of non-arrival, you will be invoiced for 90% of the total price. Conference packages: All conference packages (100%) may be cancelled free of charge up to 4 weeks before arrival. 50% of conference packages may be cancelled free of charge up to 2 weeks before arrival. Room rental costs: All event rooms (100%) may be cancelled free of charge up to 4 weeks before arrival. If more than one event room is booked, 50% of rooms may be cancelled free of charge up to 2 weeks before arrival. If conference packages or room rental costs are cancelled outside the free cancellation period or in the case of a non-arrival, you will be invoiced for 80% of the total price. Handling: For a careful preparation please let us know the final participant number up to 4 working days before the event/conference is due to start. Advance payment: As soon as the free 100% cancellation period has past, you must make an advance payment of 80% of the total sum. This payment has to be transferred as a deposit to the hotel’s account. The remaining amount will be charged after departure and have to be transferred to the hotel’s account within 10 days. Set-up change: Please note that you will be charged € 150.00 for any changes made to the agreed set-up from 24 hours before the event is due to start.
