Cancellations and reductions of services ordered are to be made in writing. After signing the contract, a cancellation free of charge is not possible anymore. For all cancellation afterwards, the hotel will charge as follows: The organizer can reduce the rooms free of charge as follows: a) 100% of the number of rooms booked above until the contract is signed. b) A maximum of up to 10% of the remaining number of attendees can be cancelled until 4 Weeks bevor Event. c) A maximum of up to 5% of the remaining number of attendees can be cancelled until 2 Weeks bevor Event.
