Facility Restrictions
Hilton Garden Inn Bozeman offers a total of 4,000 square feet of flexible meeting and banquet space. Our 3,375 square foot Larkspur Ballroom accommodates up to 220 people reception style, 170 people classroom and 300 people set theater. The Hilton Garden Inn hotel also includes our ballroom divisible into 3 medium-sized breakout rooms each 1,125 square feet, as well as a pre-function area, 2 outdoor patios and our Goldenrod Boardroom with seating for 12.
For your meeting room needs, we have our Goldenrod Boardroom available with seating for up to 12 people. The Boardroom rental is inclusive of a Hot Beverage station, including; regular and decaf City Brew coffee, Hot Tazo Teas, bottled water, juice and assorted soda products.
Full Service Catering is available for breakfast, lunch and dinner for meetings, banquets and receptions, including buffet and served style. Customized menus are also available, compliments of our Executive Chef, Todd Christensen, for those who desire vegetarian, vegan, or allergy compatible meals.
