Cancellation Policy
Cancellation Policy:
The hotel reserves the right to cancel the booking without penalty, absorbing any monies paid:
• If the booking might prejudice the reputation of the hotel
• If the information provided at time of booking is inaccurate
• If the hotel becomes aware of any deterioration in the client’s financial situation such that the Hotel reasonably considers the client may not be able to fulfill its material obligations under the contract.
Cancellation of your event will result in a charge being applied, as follows:
Notice of 90 days or more from first day of Event
All monies refunded if venue is resold and a signed contract and deposit is received.
Within 90-31 days prior to the first day of Event
50% of all monies will be absorbed by the Hotel, and a new contract will be issued, subject to availability
Notice of 30 days or less to the first day of Event
Due to costs incurred at this stage, unfortunately no refund can be made
Notice of 7 days or less from the first day of Event
Due to costs incurred at this stage, unfortunately no refund can be made and a charge of 75% of catering costs and room hire will be charged.
