Cancellation Policy

TOTAL CANCELLATION OF YOUR EVENT If the client must cancel its event, and the parties are not in the possibility to determine with certainty the damage suffered by Dolce LaHulpe Brussels, due to the difficulty -read: the impossibility- for Dolce La Hulpe Brussels to replace the planned group during the period in which the event takes place, the client will pay to Dolce La Hulpe Brussels as lump sum indemnity, and not as a penalty, the following amounts depending on the cancellation date. TABLE INDEMNITY - EVENT WITH OVERNIGHT STAY Letter or fax of cancellation received: Amount of lump sum indemnity: More than 181 days before the planned arrival date 25% of the estimated amount of the event 181-91 days before the planned arrival date 55% of the estimated amount of the event 90-31 days before the planned arrival date 75% of the estimated amount of the event 30-0 days before the planned arrival date 100% of the estimated amount of the event
