Cancellation Policy

The Gresham Belson Hotel holds the following policy regarding the cancellation of the meeting and events: For all the events cancellations made 30 days prior the event, no compensation will be charged. For cancellations made between 30 and 15 days prior the event; a compensation of 50 % will be charged for the total cost of the event. When the cancellation of an event is made between 14 days before the event: a compensation of 100 % will be charged for the total cost of the event. The exact number of delegates are ought to be confirmed 1 week before the date of the event and the number of delegates invoiced will correspond to the number given 1 week before the event. Also, we kindly ask all our clients to send us their program at least 2 working days before the event in order for us to be able to provide an excellent service.”
