Situated in a separate building from the Hollow on the Square. The restaurant offers a unique dining experience where guests can dine indoors with its eclectic - chic décor or outside on the patio which offers a street café ambiance. The à la carte restaurant serves delicious meals, accompanied by some of the best South African wines. The restaurant, with its lively continental vibe, relaxed lounge and dining area with fireplace, bar and patio melt together offering a relaxed dining experience with a choice of indoors, outdoors, relaxed, vibey or a bit more formal. Breakfast is served from 06h30 – 10h00, buffet style. The Restaurant is also open for à la carte breakfast, lunch and dinner, in addition to our ever changing and exciting specials. Cancellation Policy
• All individual reservations are to be secured by a payment as per below. Payments can either be made via bank transfer or by or credit card • Should the credit card option be more suitable, VISA Card, Mastercard & American Express card holders no longer have to share their card details as the Hotel uses the Nedbank DiVert system, which is a quick, easy & secure E-payment channel. The cardholder will receive a personalized email message with a secure URL link which opens a payment page prompting them to complete the transaction. Normal Periods - 03 – 0 Days prior to arrival – 100% payment due Peak Periods - 30 – 0% prior to arrival – 100% due • Payment not received could result in reservations being cancelled without notice • Cancellations or amendments within 3 days of arrival, a 100% full late cancellation fee will apply. • No Shows and Early Departures will be charged for in full as a cancellation fee • All cancellations must be given on writing directly to the hotel • PEAK PERIODS - Full cancellation fees will apply to all bookings during the following periods that are cancelled within 30 days of arrival 11 – 16 November 2018, 24 December 2018 – 04 January 2019, 3 – 8 February 2019, 8 – 10 March 2019, 22 – 24 March 2019 and 8 – 12 April 2019
