Cancellation Policy

In the event that the booking is canceled for any reason, the hotel will be entitled to retain a portion of any deposits received sufficient to cover a reasonable charge for the cancellation of a booking as well as all costs and losses, including loss of profits, which we have incurred or suffered or are likely to incur or suffer as a result of the cancellation. In the event that the deposit are not sufficient to cover such charges, cost and losses, you will be invoiced for any shortfall. For the purposes of this clause the following charges will be regarded as reasonable unless we, in our sole discretion, determine otherwise in which case we may waive either a portion or the whole of the charge: 30 - 59 Days: The guest will forfeit the two nights deposit referred to above in the event of any cancellations being received by the Hotel 30 - 59 days prior to the Group's arrival. 29 Days: The guest will forfeit 100% of the deposit reffered to above in the event of cancellations being received by the Hotel 29 days or less prior to a Group's arrival. Cancellations (not covered above), no shows, unused room nights and early departures will be charged in full. No shows, unused room nights and early departures will be charged in full.
