Smadalaro Gard is situated on the banks of the bay Hemviken, quite close to the opening of the Stockholm south archipelago, only 45 minutes by car from central Stockholm. The mansion was built in 1810 and has through the years been completed with hotel side buildings, dining-rooms and orangery. Today also two minor houses for sauna bathing are located at the waterfront. A separate small hotel – Gits Hus – with nine beds is very close to the main building. This house was previously owned and served as a summer house for the show queen Git Gay. Perfect rooms for board meetings, family- and friend get-togethers in a separate nice milieu. If you prefer a chef of your own in the house, he or she will be at your service.
