The only downtown Hotel featuring an outdoor venue that can accommodate 800 for receptions and 350 for dinner. A mandatory fee of $1500 is applicable when serving alcoholic beverages out doors. Reservations require a minimum of 30 days advance notice. Fees for events without alcoholic beverage service is $500.
