Cancellation Policy

Deposit Schedule To confirm your booking we require the following deposits to be paid:- • 20% of the total estimated costs to be received together with the signed contract by the release date. If the acknowledgement copy is not received by this date, the Hotel reserves the right to release all accommodation and function rooms held. • A deposit of 50% of the total estimated costs to be received 45 days prior to the group’s arrival. • A deposit of 30% of the total estimated costs to be received 07 days prior to the group’s arrival. The balance of the account is to be paid at the conclusion of the event, prior to departure from the hotel. Cancellation policy Accommodation In the event of cancellation, all deposits will be forfeited in addition to the following charges: 1. 120 to 61 days prior to Arrival Up to 10% of remaining rooms per night reserved may be cancelled without charge. In excess of this amount a cancellation fee equal to 50% of the rate for any additional rooms per night cancelled will apply. Deposits are non refundable. 2. 60 to 31 days prior to Arrival Up to 5% of remaining rooms per night reserved may be cancelled without charge. In excess of this amount a cancellation fee equal to 100% of the rate for any additional rooms per night cancelled will apply. Deposits are non refundable. 3. 30 days prior to Arrival Full cancellation fees apply for all rooms per night cancelled within 30 days of arrival. Deposits are non refundable. CANCELLATION POLICY Food and Beverage and Conferencing In the event of cancellations, the hotel must be notified in writing and it may be necessary to charge a cancellation fee. However, we will attempt to re-let the venue. The amount of any cancellation will be calculated on a percentage basis of the estimated total banqueting revenue based on provisional numbers as noted in this agreement. • 90 days – 25% • 60 days – 50% • 30 days – 75% • 7 days – 100% Food & Beverage prices are based on the contracted number of guests. If numbers drop by more than 20% prices may be revised.
