Please contact the hotel for detailed T&C's COVID T&C's below General Terms and Conditions Please note the below COVID Cancellation Policy (A) replaces the cancellations policy (clause 1.0) and the force majeure clause (clause 14.0) during the COVID-19 outbreak. (A) COVID CANCELLATION POLICY Where the applicable government directs an increase in COVID Alert Levels for the country in which the event is being held (regionally or nationally) or increased restrictions on state or country border controls with less than 7 days notice the COVID Cancellation Policy (A) applies: Group accommodation blocks are fully flexible until 24 hours prior to arrival. For catered Events, the Client will be charged 50% of the estimated food and beverage component of the Event if cancelled within 7 days of the Event commencing. For non-catered Events the Client will be charged 50% of the estimated value of the Event if cancelled within 7 days of the Event commencing. Please reach out to our sales team directly at the Hotel to discuss your options further. For the avoidance of doubt if the COVID-19 Order comes into force more than 7 days before the date of the Event then the Standard Cancellation Policy in clause 1.0 below applies.
