Cancellation Policy

Conference room agreements are considered non-cancelable 30 days after the date the agreement is signed. Cancellations after that date may result in forfeit of deposits paid. 25% deposit is required when the agreement is signed. An additional 25% is due within the next 30 days. The remaining 50% balance will be collected prior to taking possession of the conference room(s). We require that all alterations and/or cancellations to room blocks occur 30 days prior to arrival. Individual rooms booked within the block have a 14 day cancellation period.
